Rob Perry has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rob founded and served as the CEO of XOMAD, one of the world's first influencer marketing agencies. During their time there, they worked with global corporate clients such as The Clorox Company, Unilever, L'Oréal, Showtime, Nivea, Edelman PR, and FileMaker.

Prior to XOMAD, Rob Perry founded and served as the CEO of Xenii, an influencer platform that gained national media attention and was ranked as the hottest platform in 2007 by Us Weekly. Xenii organized exclusive events with celebrities like Britney Spears, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Christina Aguilera, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx, Prince, Derek Jeter, and LeBron James.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Rob Perry was the President of Champion Footwear International from 1995 to 2002. Rob also worked at ProServ/SFX Sports, where they served as an agent and general counsel and headed the basketball division. During their tenure, they worked closely with client Michael Jordan and executed influencer initiatives with various athletes.

Rob Perry began their career as an associate at Latham & Watkins law firm.

Rob Perry attended the University of Chicago and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Rob also attended the University of Chicago Law School and acquired an LLB degree.
