Chandra Ganduri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and engineering. Currently serving as the VP of Data and ML/AI at Xometry since April 2025, Chandra previously held multiple leadership roles at Wayfair from July 2018 to April 2025, including Director of Data Science & Machine Learning. Prior to that, experience at Staples from February 2011 to June 2018 involved managing a team dedicated to data science products and optimization models. Early career roles included positions at Ohio University as an Industrial Engineer and Instructor, as well as a Data Analyst at the Voinovich Center for Leadership and Public Affairs. Chandra holds a Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. in engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Osmania University.
