Dayna Latham is the Solutions Engineering Director at Xometry, where they focus on driving growth in manufacturing businesses through strategic sales efforts. Previously, Dayna held various positions at Thomas from 2009 to the present, progressing from an Application Engineer to their current role, overseeing a national sales team and fostering client relationships. Dayna's earlier experience includes working as an Application Engineer at Flare Industries, Inc., where they contributed to the engineering of custom combustion systems. Dayna earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
