Kathy Narvaez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales management, and marketing operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Success & Advertising Operations at Xometry since July 2022, Kathy previously held various roles at Thomas, including International Sales and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included creating marketing collateral and training materials that significantly improved product knowledge and conversion rates. Prior positions also include Circulation Marketing Manager at Thomas, where Kathy directed promotional programs for controlled circulation magazines, and E-media/Marketing Coordinator at CMP Media, responsible for email promotions and campaign analysis.
