Kelly James has over 17 years of experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Vendor Operations at Xometry since December 2020, with prior roles including Chief Of Staff for Supplier Services Operations and Marketplace Service Manager. Before joining Xometry, Kelly spent nearly 14 years at Infosys BPM, starting as a temporary data processor and advancing to Capability Manager as part of the productivity leadership team. This transition followed a tenure at West Corporation as a Customer Service Representative, where foundational skills in customer service were developed. Kelly attended Truckee Meadows Community College from 2009 to 2011.
