Kevin Sear

Kevin Sear is a Director of Internal Audit with over 20 years of experience in various auditing disciplines, including internal, IT, financial, and performance audits. Kevin has held significant roles, such as the audit director for multiple organizations and the project leader for major ERP implementations. Demonstrating expertise in creating and managing audit functions, Kevin played a key role in establishing the IT audit function at the Colorado Office of the State Auditor and has led audit efforts across diverse sectors, including government and not-for-profit organizations. Currently, Kevin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Colorado Denver while serving as the Internal Audit Director at Xometry, focusing on ITGC SOX initiatives and data analytics.
