Kip Jones

Kip Jones is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRBP Director for Product, Engineering, and Corporate Functions at Xometry, with a focus on scaling strategy and culture in a high-growth environment. Previously, Kip worked as a Senior HRBP at Chainalysis, providing advisory support across various functions including Finance, Legal, and Marketing. At Amagi Corporation, Kip played a key role in establishing the North America HR Team and supported the Global Revenue Organization. Earlier positions include leadership roles at Red Hat overseeing HR business partners and talent management, as well as a site lead at Lockheed Martin where responsibilities included staffing, performance management, and workforce planning. Kip holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College.
