Kyle J Phillips is an experienced product designer with a strong background in user experience (UX) and graphic design. Currently serving as the Product Designer and Experience Optimization Lead at Thomas since March 2017, Kyle specializes in conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, heat-mapping, and user analysis, managing a program sold to over 50 accounts. Previous roles include freelance design at Del Rey Urban, Associate Designer at 4Walls Media Group, Co-Product Marketing and Advertisement Designer at Boneyard Original Clothing, and freelance Advertisement Designer for Je Beau International. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Media Arts from Southern New Hampshire University and has foundational studies in graphic design from NHTI.
