Lydia Ng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operational excellence. Currently serving as VP, Category Manager at Xometry since July 2025, Lydia previously held significant leadership roles at Wayfair, including Director of Supply Chain for Global Returns Logistics and Re-commerce, where accomplishments included expanding teams, improving damage identification in the supply chain by 25%, and achieving substantial cost savings through reverse logistics optimization. Prior to Wayfair, Lydia worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, driving business model innovation and operational improvements for various Fortune 500 companies. Lydia's earlier experience includes key positions at Changi Airport Group, where leadership in airside operations and customer experience management significantly enhanced operational efficiency and service satisfaction.
