Floor Laban currently serves as the Head of People at Xomnia since March 2024, following a seven-year tenure at Accenture the Netherlands where various roles included HR Manager for Strategy & Consulting and Cloud First practices, as well as HR Business Partner for Technology and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to Accenture, Floor began as an HR Officer at CBRE Nederland and also held roles as HR support at Transition Talent and Remia C.V., alongside an HR internship at Equipe Zorgbedrijven. Educational qualifications include a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, studies at Utrecht University, and ski instructor certifications obtained in Banff, Canada.
