John Chiappetta currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at XONA, a position held since June 2025, and previously held the role of VP Sales, Americas at Agilicus from 2021 to 2025. At Agilicus, John spearheaded the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with zero-trust principles, establishing the company as a trusted entity in the cybersecurity sector and fostering executive-level client relationships that led to strategic partnerships across government, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. Prior to Agilicus, John held various positions, including Team Lead for Business Development at Ontario Centre of Innovation, Account Executive at FoxNet Inc., and Program Manager at OpenText. John has also contributed as a judge for innovation awards at both the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo. Educationally, John has degrees in Political Science and Government from Western University, alongside an Honours B.A. in Public Policy from McMaster University.
