John Chiappetta

John Chiappetta currently serves as VP Sales at XONA since June 2025. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Sales at Agilicus from January 2021 to January 2025, where John developed sales strategies based on zero-trust principles and fostered executive-level client relationships, securing partnerships in government and critical infrastructure sectors. John also worked as Team Lead for Business Development at the Ontario Centre of Innovation between January 2019 and January 2021, advising technology startups and helping secure over $1M in funding. Additionally, John contributed as a problem pitch judge at the University of Waterloo and as a judge for the Connaught Innovation Award at the University of Toronto in 2020. John holds a Bachelor of Business from McMaster University and two Master of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government from Western University.
