Sunil Kumar has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Xoriant Solutions Pvt Ltd since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruitment for product development and IT services teams and strategizing recruitment initiatives. Prior to this role, Sunil worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Saankhya Labs Pvt Ltd from August 2011 to April 2014, overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities and conducting campus interviews. Sunil holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource & Marketing from Bangalore University, completed in 2006.
