Michael Lehane

Michael oversees product management and strategy for xOverTime. He is also responsible for several key client relationships and the strategic services xOverTime delivers to them. Currently, Michael is helping a key client overseeing multiple in-flight efforts spanning Rate Design, Load & Rate Forecasting and Regulatory Case Management. Over the last couple of years Michael has helped a key client with a series of large scale enterprise deployments. Including the deployment of an Enterprise Asset Management system for enterprise portfolio and project management. Earlier Michael helped deploy and manage the implementation and roll-out of Enterprise Trading and Risk Management systems. This effort leveraged Michael’s Renewable Energy & Sustainability experience with California’s AB32 Greenhouse Gas program.

Michael founded xOverTime along with David Gloski in the fall of 2011. Prior to founding xOverTime, Michael held product management leadership roles for Renewable Energy and Sustainability at SunEdison and IHS Markit, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at support.com and eGain.com. Earlier in his career, Michael developed and licensed real-time aircraft diagnostic solutions with Air Canada at the National Research Council of Canada using technology developed as part of his PhD. Michael has a BEng in Engineering and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, both from Cardiff University, Wales. Michael is from Mallow, Cork and currently lives in San Francisco, California.
