Bruno Novais

Bruno Novais has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Bruno started as a System Analyst at TBIT Tecnologia S.A. in 2010 before moving on to roles at Easynvest, where they were a Software Engineer, Project Leader, and IT Coordinator. Bruno then joined XP Inc. in 2015, where they held various positions such as Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineering Manager, Head of Software Engineering, and currently serves as the VP of Technology.

Bruno Novais completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Lavras in 2010. Bruno then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management from FIAP in 2013-2014. Later, they obtained certifications in CSM, COBIT, and ITIL in 2013-2014. In 2019, they specialized in People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership at ISE Business School. Subsequently, in 2019-2020, they completed their MBA in Investments and Private Banking from Ibmec.
