Cezar Baque

Cezar Baque has a strong background in operations and product management, with experience in companies such as XP Inc., Trocafone, B2W Digital, and Motorola. Starting as a Trainee at B2W Digital, they progressed to roles like Gerente de Produto e Desenvolvimento de Negócios at Trocafone, where they managed various digital products. At XP Inc., they worked as a Performance & Analytics Lead. Baque's experience includes managing teams, implementing projects, improving operations, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.

Cezar Baque obtained a Colegial Técnico degree in Informática from COTIL - Colégio Técnico de Limeira in 2006. Cezar then went on to graduate from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in Administration, specializing in International Trading in 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management at FIA Business School from 2015 to 2017.
