Chen Ming I is an experienced software engineer and technical leader with a strong background in designing and implementing complex systems. Currently working at XP Inc. since March 2022, Chen previously held leadership roles at SulAmérica Seguros Saúde and VMBears, where responsibilities included the implementation of CQRS patterns, event-driven architecture, and microservices management on platforms such as Google Cloud. With prior experience at Superbid Web Services and S4Bdigital, Chen led the development of RESTful APIs and optimized systems using various technologies, including Spring Boot and MongoDB.
