Lucca Pinto has a diverse background with experience in event organization, data analysis, and people management. As an Event Advisor at the Academic Directory of Information Systems- DASI USP, Lucca organized events and handled sponsorships. At XP Inc., the role involved serving as a Junior Data and Business Analyst in People Analytics, executing exploratory analyses, developing automation, and enhancing recruitment processes. With prior experience as a People Management Associate and Trainee at Síntese Jr, Lucca contributed to team dynamics and strategic planning. Additionally, as Sports Director for the EACH-USP Athletic Association, leadership, event organization, and fundraising were successfully managed. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems at Universidade de São Paulo, Lucca combines analytical skills with effective team management.
