Luis Caetano has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as an Engineering Manager and IOS Senior Software Engineer at XP Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Luis worked at Localiza from January 2017 to September 2021 as an IOS Software Engineer, where responsibilities included developing the IOS version of the Localiza reservation application and collaborating with the Android team on technical solutions. Luis also held the position of Tech Lead, overseeing a .Net development team focused on web applications and IoT systems.
