Milca da Silva

Milca da Silva has over 20 years of experience, with the last five dedicated to consulting, mentoring, and developing Diversity and Inclusion strategies. They have worked for notable companies such as Paraná Banco and Nubank, where they led initiatives focused on race, gender, and disability inclusion. Currently, Milca serves as the Coordinator of Diversity and the Institute at XP Inc., in addition to their role as a consultant specializing in D&I. Milca has been involved in impactful committees including FEBRABAN and has received recognition for their work in fostering inclusive environments.
