Vitorio Pardini

Vitorio Pardini is a seasoned professional in product design and digital strategy, currently serving as Product Design Manager at XP Inc. since December 2021, after progressing through various design roles at the same company. As a co-founder of Contrata Show since May 2017, Vitorio has developed expertise in product concept development, business model creation, and digital marketing strategy. Vitorio also acts as a Product Design Mentor at eMentor.br and Awari, facilitating student support and feedback on project developments. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Banco Mercedes-Benz and SBT, alongside a robust design background at redspark, Sys2B Rich Business Systems, eZly Solutions, and CNT Brasil. Vitorio holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and is well-versed in agile methodologies, user experience strategies, and digital product prototyping.
