Brandon Shepherd

Brandon Shepherd is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and operations management. Currently serving as Division Manager and Continuous Improvement Specialist at Xpac since February 2016, Brandon focuses on establishing Lean management practices to enhance production and reduce waste. Previously, Brandon worked at Clysar®, LLC from February 2014 to February 2016, where contributions as a Continuous Improvement Specialist included developing tracking tools and leading CI projects, along with a role as Product & Innovation Manager overseeing product life cycles. Prior to that, Brandon spent over a decade at Custom-Pak, Inc., progressing from Machine Operator to Operations Facilitator, honing skills in production management and quality assurance. Educational credentials include a Business Leadership degree from Ashford University and an Operations Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
