Heather Cameron

Heather Cameron serves as Corporate Counsel at Xpansiv, a global market for ESG-inclusive commodities, since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at White & Case LLP, focusing on Debt Finance, Capital Markets, and ESG & Sustainability from October 2017 to April 2021, and as a Legal Intern with Global Affairs Canada, where evaluation of Canadian compliance with UN economic sanctions practices was conducted. Additionally, Heather's diverse background encompasses research fellowships and internships with various organizations, including the Open African Innovation Research (Open AIR) and the IOM - UN Migration Agency, contributing to international law and policy analysis. Heather holds dual Doctor of Law degrees from the University of Ottawa and American University Washington College of Law, along with a Bachelor's degree from McGill University in Psychology and English Literature.
