James Flood is a seasoned UX Designer currently working at Xpansiv since March 2025. Previously held the role of Senior UX/UI Product Designer at Axi from September 2022 to March 2025 and served as a UX/UI Designer at Genesis Global for a brief period in early 2022. James has extensive experience at CMC Markets from August 2013 to December 2021, where multiple roles included Lead UX/UI Designer and Senior Designer. Prior to this, freelance work spanned from June 2009 to June 2021, focusing on presentation and website design, alongside various projects for Swan Golf Design. James holds a 2.1 degree in Graphic Design from Bath Spa University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
