Michael Goldstein

Michael Goldstein is an experienced legal executive and active investor, currently serving as General Counsel at Xpansiv and a Board Member for organizations such as VOZ and The Retreat. Goldstein held leadership roles including Co-CEO at RBS Sempra Commodities and Societe Generale Energy, along with serving as General Counsel at Sempra Commodities Inc and Digital Asset. They began their legal career as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and have extensive experience in the commodities sector. Goldstein earned a JD from Emory University School of Law, an MA from Columbia SIPA, and a BA from Bucknell University.
