Scott Hernandez is a dedicated environmental markets professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and emissions markets. They began their career in Washington, D.C., and hold an MBA and MA in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute. Scott has served in roles such as Energy & Climate Change Policy Specialist at the Association of California Water Agencies and Business Development Manager at the Climate Action Reserve, before leading sales and trading efforts at Carbon Trade Exchange and its successor, CBL Markets. Currently, Scott is the Managing Director of Carbon Financial Services at Xpansiv, overseeing origination, trading, and market advisory in the carbon market sector.
