Tom Rains is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in operational sustainability and corporate development. Tom began the career at Xpansiv from July 2013 to February 2016, initially serving as an Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Development and Finance. Subsequently, Tom held various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2021 to December 2023, including Vice President, Finance Lead for Operational Sustainability, and Senior Associate, as well as Vice President in Financial Analysis within the Office of the CFO. Tom returned to Xpansiv in May 2024 as the Director of Commercial Operations and Strategy. Tom's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney. Additionally, Tom completed the Higher School Certificate at SHORE School and studied French at Université de Lausanne.
