Danni Wang

Danni Wang currently serves as HRBP and Talent Acquisition Manager at XPENG, focusing on advancing smart electric vehicles through technology and data since November 2021. Previously, Danni held the position of Sr. HRBP and Talent Acquisition at Baidu USA from March 2018 to November 2021, managing various HRBP projects aimed at simplifying technology's impact on the world. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Lead at Intellipro Group Inc., where Danni led a team in full-lifecycle hiring, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Scion Group, managing recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions. Danni's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Ruixin Commercial Trading Co., Ltd., where significant improvements in hiring rates were achieved. Danni holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from International Technological University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Tianjin University of Commerce, China.
