Feng Gao

Feng Gao is a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at XPENG Motors, specializing in lane line detection projects and overseeing the 2D detection aspect. With prior experience as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Feng has enhanced performance in various perception tasks by integrating traditional computer vision with deep learning and has mentored interns on research topics. Before XPENG, Feng served as a Mentor and Project Reviewer at Udacity, assisting students in refining deep neural networks and debugging code in C++ and Python. Additionally, experience includes developing automation control systems at Marvell Semiconductor and serving as a teaching assistant at the USC Ming Hsieh Institute.
