Martin Peng

Martin Peng is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and data analytics. Currently serving as Tech Lead Manager at XPENG since March 2019, Martin Peng has led a team in developing advanced data platforms that support autonomous driving technologies. Prior roles include Senior Staff Engineer, where Martin Peng defined core data structures and improved warehouse efficiency, and Staff Engineer, focusing on autonomous driving data pipelines. Martin Peng's earlier tenure at Ericsson spanned nearly a decade, during which responsibilities included designing production-level data analytic systems and developing features for network management software. Martin Peng's career commenced at Nortel Networks and includes founding a startup, Works Systems, where Martin Peng directed the development of a network management system. Martin Peng holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Nankai University.
