娇芬 林 has extensive experience in human resources and legal specialization. They began their career as a Legal Specialist at 广东省环球经纬律师事务所, where they drafted legal opinions and assisted in legal proceedings from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2016, they served as the Head of HR Section at 广汽研究院, managing HR operations and team development. Most recently, they held the role of Senior Director HR at XPENG Motors, overseeing organization and talent development, workforce planning, and overall HR operations.
