Xiaowei Chen

Xiaowei Chen is a seasoned professional in the automotive and consulting industries, currently serving as the Senior Regional Manager of Western & Southern Europe at XPENG Motors since July 2018. Prior roles at XPENG Motors include Deputy Senior Manager of Overseas Sales & Business Development, as well as various positions within the Strategy Department, culminating in Strategy Analyst. Prior to joining XPENG Motors, Xiaowei Chen worked at Bain & Company as a member of the Greater China Information Service from June 2014 to June 2018, and began a career as a Business Analyst at Evalueserve from April 2013 to June 2014. Xiaowei Chen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from East China University of Science and Technology.
