Casey Nance is currently the Vice President of Global Customer Support Operations at Xperi Corporation (TiVo), overseeing the delivery of support and services to all of TiVo's customers worldwide. Previously, Casey has held various leadership roles in customer support and operations at companies such as TiVo, eNeighborhoods LLC, WyldFyre Technologies, RE InfoLink, Pro Business, and A&A/Radford Associates/First Resource. Casey's expertise lies in building and managing teams to deliver excellent services and support to customers, with a focus on quality, retention, and product readiness. Education includes attending San Jose State University and West Valley College.
