John Alden

John Alden is the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at Xperi Inc. since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading indirect procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives. Previously, John served as Head of Global Indirect Procurement at Cruise, managing a team during significant spend growth. Other roles include Sr. Director positions at Synaptics Incorporated, TiVo, and Verifone, where John established and developed procurement functions, achieving substantial cost savings. John's career also includes leadership in procurement and supply chain management at Peet's Coffee, JDSU, Global Motorsport Group, Endwave Corporation, and the City of San Jose. John holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
