John Torrey

John Torrey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content promotion, client services, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at Xperi Inc. since October 2007, John focuses on identifying and promoting engaging Network, OTT, and VOD content for TiVo customers, leveraging innovative advertising strategies and creating promotional content. Prior to this, John worked at TiVo as a Client Services Manager, where responsibilities included facilitating advertising campaigns between agencies and clients. John also held the position of Technical Account Manager and Customer Relationship Manager at WorkMetro, Inc., emphasizing customer acquisition and retention strategies. Early in the career, John gained foundational customer service experience at Electronic Arts from 1999 to 2005.
