Ryan Gorman is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managed services and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Managed Services Engineer at Xperience since January 2011, Gorman has developed a strong skill set in technical support and infrastructure management. Prior to this role, Gorman worked as a Systems Engineer and as a Help Desk Technician at Northern Ireland Ambulance Service from September 2008 to January 2011. Gorman holds an HND in Software Engineering from Belfast Metropolitan College.
