Matt Mitchell

Matt Mitchell serves as the Vice President of Construction at Xpert Design & Construction since November 2024. Previously, Matt held the position of Vice President of Construction Operations at Bonner Carrington from September 2021 to October 2024. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager for Urban Construction at Landmark Properties, Inc., overseeing significant student housing developments valued over $400 million, and Project Manager at Flintco, LLC, where responsibilities included managing public utility improvements for higher education projects. Additional experience encompasses senior project management positions at Lee Lewis Construction, Inc., W3 Luxury Living, Whittenberg Construction Co., Blaine Construction Corporation, and The Opus Group®. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design & Construction Management from Western Kentucky University.
