Christopher Shell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christopher started their career at Ventura in 2003, where they served as the Head of Sales until December 2004. Following that, they joined Barclays in January 2005 as a Team Manager until February 2008. From March 2008 to August 2019, Christopher worked at LexisNexis as a Sales Director in the UK and Australia. Christopher then joined XpertHR in August 2019, initially as the Director of Global New Business, Sales Innovation, and Enablement, and later assumed the role of Director of Global Sales, Sales Enablement, and Sales Innovation. In their current position at XpertHR, Christopher is responsible for leading the global sales, sales innovation, and enablement teams, overseeing sales strategy, and driving profitability.

Christopher Shell attended Northumbria University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Business.
