John Healy

John Healy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in workforce solutions and technology recruitment. As Chief Executive at Whrrr.work since December 2020, Healy focuses on enhancing connections between individuals and work. Healy serves as an Expert in Residence at Xpheno and a Venture Partner at VITALIZE Venture Capital, both roles beginning in 2023, where the emphasis is on talent strategy and investment in WorkTech. Previously, Healy held leadership positions at the World Employment Confederation, Center for the Transformation of Work, and Kelly, where transformative strategies were developed to meet the evolving demands of the labor market. Healy holds a BA in Marketing and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
