Payal Kumar

Payal Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, hospitality, and event planning. Currently serving as a Talent Specialist and Account Manager at Xpheno since January 2023, Payal is responsible for managing client relationships and HR deliverables, demonstrating a deep understanding of the staffing business. Prior to this role, Payal co-founded My Happy World, focusing on organizing educational workshops and exhibitions for children from January 2019 to December 2022.
