Sharin Kariappa

Sharin Kariappa is currently the Head of RPO Programs at Xpheno, where they focus on building and scaling high-performance recruitment processes while nurturing client partnerships. With two decades of experience in talent acquisition, Sharin has previously held the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, where they led a team of 50 recruiters and developed comprehensive talent strategies. Prior to this, Sharin served as Manager-Head of HR at CBSI Global, overseeing sustainable talent acquisition and employee development. Sharin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration in HR from St. Agnes College and the University of Madras, respectively.
