Constance Brown

Constance Brown is an award-winning customer experience leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. They currently serve as the Director of Voice of the Customer at Xplor Technologies after previously heading Community Experience at Depop. Constance's earlier roles include Customer Experience Manager positions at Expedia Group and Missguided, as well as leading customer service strategy at Just Eat Takeaway.com. They also co-founded The Roar Drinks Company, focusing on healthy, locally sourced products. Constance is currently pursuing a qualification in teaching and learning from Trafford College.
