Joel Smith is a Regional Director on the Xplore Network Build Team, focusing on Build and Operations in Ontario, where they manage Fibre and Fixed Wireless infrastructure. With a background in various operational roles at Xplornet Communications, Joel has extensive experience in network management and regional operations support. They also contribute to Wheelers Maple Products, a family-run enterprise specializing in organic maple syrup and restaurant operations. Additionally, Joel has conducted research for the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association, co-authoring a report on remote monitoring technologies in maple syrup production. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Theology at Master's College and Seminary.
