Karolina Pakuła

Karolina Pakuła is currently a Senior Controlling Specialist and Controlling Team Leader at XPLUS, where they prepare financial reports and analyses, monitor financial performance, and oversee budgeting processes. Previously, Karolina gained substantial experience in auditing at Grant Thornton Poland, serving as an Assistant II and Assistant I, collaborating with auditors and supporting project execution. Karolina holds a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, and Insurance from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Warsaw University of Technology.
