Beatriz Maia

Beatriz Maia is the General Manager at x+why, where they oversee the operations and member experience of a purpose-driven Clubspace. They lead a team to deliver impactful events and foster community engagement, while proudly supporting B Corp initiatives. Previously, Beatriz held various roles in hospitality, including Meetings & Events Ops Manager at The Grand Hotel Birmingham and Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham. Beatriz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Birmingham.
