Summer Lowe is currently serving as a Transformation Manager and Mission & Data Coordinator at x+why, where they focus on impact strategy and data analytics in the ESG space. Previously, Summer interned at Fidelity International, contributing to talent recruitment and co-building a talent database that saved the firm significant costs. They also have experience as a Community Impact Intern at x+why, where they worked on data collection and analysis for impact reporting. Summer's early career included a role as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Marriott International, specializing in hospitality services. They are pursuing a BASc (Hons) in Interdisciplinary Problems & Methods at The London Interdisciplinary School.
