Paul Lucey

Dr. Lucey has practiced emergency medicine for over 25 years and is currently an emergency physician at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. As CEO and President of Emergency Medical Specialists of Jacksonville, he has proven experience in emergency department administration and management. Dr. Lucey served as an active duty U.S. Navy Lieutenant in the Medical Corps from 1982 to 1986. He received his M.D. degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He did his residency training at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center. He holds an active license in the State of Florida.
