Swapnil Kapse is an experienced operations and security management professional with a robust background in overseeing security operations across various industries. Since November 2019, Swapnil has been serving as a Manager at Xpressbees, following roles at Blue Dart and GTL Infrastructure, where responsibilities included managing large teams and ensuring comprehensive security and facility operations for multiple clients.
