Vikas Kumar

Vikas Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and business operations. Currently serving as a Client Services Manager at Xpressbees since April 2022, Vikas previously held the position of Assistant Manager in Business Operations at One97 Communications Limited from October 2020 to April 2022. Vikas's career began at Delhivery from September 2012 to August 2015, where roles included Senior Associate and Associate, followed by a tenure at Paytm Mall from August 2015 to September 2020, advancing from Junior Manager to Team Lead and Senior Associate.
