Tracy Olson

Tracy Olson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Alumni Coordinator at XPRIZE, where efforts focus on facilitating connections among alumni and enhancing engagement within the Partnerships & Impact team. Previous roles include Project Coordinator and Research Assistant at The Brookings Institution, coordinating an international trilingual conference and contributing to public reports, and Program Associate for the Mandela Washington Fellowship at IREX, managing program evaluation and operations. Additional experience includes roles in leadership, operations, and research across various organizations, complemented by a Master's degree in Development and the Global South from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Geography, Art and Art History from Colgate University.
