Dan Rieden has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in workers' compensation and related programs. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at XPT Specialty since July 2019, Dan previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers from June 2019 to November 2022, providing key markets for the retail broker community. Prior roles include President of the Auto Dealers Program at Blue River Underwriters and President at Platinum Program Managers & Insurance Services. Dan also founded Cornerstone Program Management & Insurance Services as CEO, focusing on workers' compensation for the automotive industry. Dan's career began as an Account Executive at Commonwealth Risk Services, followed by a Senior Vice President role at KRM Risk Management. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Southern California.
